We do not process returns or exchanges.  If you receive the wrong product or order as a result of a processing error please send pictures of the order to cs@LuesLux.com and we will work to resolve the matter swiftly.  We value your support, but we kindly ask that you do not use any product containing ingredients to which you are allergic.
